Dynamic block that scales based on list selection

Is it possible to have a dynamic block that scales an object(s) to be 3/8" based on a list selection of "#3"?

I am currently using visiblility to change between the different sizes.

Would be greatful if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Yes.  It's fairly easy.  Add the necessary parameters/actions that will scale the linework.  Add a lookup parameter with a lookup action.  Define the names of the various choices.  Define the parameter values.
