Custom grips Disappear

Yesterday I inserted 2 different dynblocks in a drawing, this morning the custom grips were gone. It seems like the dynblocks are locked. I reinserted the dynblocks and the ones I reinserted work as expected but the ones from yesterday do not work at all.

See attached drawing, the blocks I inserted this morning are on layer 0.

LT2009 (I know )- so I can't use any new fangled commands.

The first block has had it's Z scale set to 0 (check in the properties), it should be the same value as the X & Y scales. As a note you can scale a dynamic block but all 3 axis have to be the same for dynamic properties to work, so even changing the Z scale which usually has no bearing on an object will still stop the dynamic properties working.

Thank-you Steven. Not sure why the Z scale would have changed to 0. I must have done something...

To avoid this problem:

1) Select the block

1) BEDIT

2) _PROPERTY

3) set "Scale Uniformly" to "YES"

All done
