Dynamic Blocks
Attributes to create a dynamic block has drawbacks:
Not allowing move
Not allowed to climb them
No mirror allows
This is not permitted in any action

Attributes in a Dynamic Block:

- Must be Locked. This is by default in newly created Dynamic Blocks

- Use a Point Move or Point Stretch to change the position of an Attrib in a Dynamic Block

- Mirror is an issue but if creating a Dynamic Block you can use Flip to change the block orientation and the Attrib will show correctly. However, the Justification will not be as you wish. These are limitations of Attribs in Dynamic Blocks.

Lock all Attribs in your Dynamic Block. You may need to reassociates the Attrib with the Action that you wish to use to change the position or orientation of the Attrib after doing so or, and this happens more often than not; delete the Attrib and recreate it making sure the default Locked is used when creating.
