I get major errors when trying to place a VVE control on a VB6 project.

The errors reference:

Failed to load module

and

Unkown Fatal Error

Any ideas?

I re-installed VVE and tryed with the same results

Unfortunately, I don't have the expertise to help with that. Keep in mind
that the only form of support for developer issues is via this forum and on
a peer to peer basis.

Volo View Express can read files written by AutoCAD 2000i because the file
format for DWG did not change between AutoCAD 2000 and AutoCAD 2000i.

Yes, it reads them ok, but when you try to use the ActiveX control
(avviewx.dll), all he-- breaks loose.

Yes but the same hell breaks loose with AutoCAD 2000. It's that "we're
sharing ObejctDBX" thing.

So bottom line. What does that mean for us developers? Do we stop
developing for 2K? Do we look for another product? Is there going to be a
fix for this?

It doesn't seem like AutoDesk is feeding us any information.
