VoloView Express 2.01 Crashes on Win2K Terminal Server

I have VVE installed on a Windows 2000 Terminal Server/SP2 with Citrix XP. The program Dr. Watson's with an Unhandled Exception C0000005 Access Violation error at launch, whether opening a .dwg file or just launching the Voloviewer icon on the desktop. This happens to all users, including Administrator, whether connecting remotely or from the console. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but we still get the error.

Additionally, we have VVE installed on a separate Win2K TS w/ Citrix XP. The program works fine there as long as the user does not have a roaming profile or has never logged into the affected server and tried to open VVE.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any known issues? What am I missing?
