VoloView and Whip plug in problem

We have some machines that have both Whip and VoloView Express installed.
How do I make VV the default plug-in for Microsoft IE 5.0 browser without
re-installing VV.

Thanks,

By installing you register the program to be the default dwf viewer. If
WHIP! was installed last WHIP! should be your default viewer for dwf files.

On PC's where either or both are installed, what object classid should I use when embedding DWF images in HTML pages? What would happen if you called the Whip! classid when Volo View was installed but not Whip!, or vice versa?

It would not work. You need to select which dwf viewing
utility you wish to use and standardize the html coding per the examples given
for that viewer.

If you use the codebase tag for WHIP!, but the user
did not have WHIP!, whip.cab would be downloaded and installed. WHIP! is a 3.5
meg download, so it has a cab file.

There is no codebase tag for Volo View or Volo View
Express, since you wouldn't want to surprise the user with a 17 or 40 megabyte
download.
