I have installed the 64bit versions of DWG TrueView 2011 on a computer that is used by two individuals. It works for the first individual (the one used to install the program) but when the second individual tries to use the program he receives an error message that indicates DWG TrueView Application has stopped working. OS for this computer is Windows7.
What do I need to do so that both users can use the program?
One is an administrator and the other (the one that does not work) is a standard user. I have tried giving him administrator rights for both the AutoDesk and DWG TrueView folders and it still does not work.
