TrueViewer Ribbon won't load tabs and Navigation tools are missing.

Hi,

Whenever I open DWG Viewer 2013 the Ribbon will not load any tabs at all.  As well, the toolbar for the tools used to move around in the drawing are missing.  This just started happening recently, it was working fine the other day.

Does anyone know of a solution to this?  I've tried reinstalling.

Hi,

I have a similar problem with TrueViewer 2018 ribbon.

I am able to get it back by doing the following:

Backup folder and registry keys before trying this method, just in case:

Delete C:\Users\[user]\Appdata\Local\Autodesk folder.

Delete the following registry key and sub keys from the current user:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk

Run the program again.
