Trueview 2015 measure

The cursor on Trueview 2015 has a "?" adjacent to it and the measure, area etc functions do not work.

Any ideas?

Is this what what you mean?

What happens when you activate the measure tool and then click on screen, do you get anything on the command line at all similar to above?
