Stack Dump message

I loaded the full version of Volo View and then the 16 meg version of VVE. We need both programs because we use the VVE plug-in in conjuction with our web site so that users can download drawings (dwf/dwg) that are placed on the site. We use the full version of VV so that users can save the downloaded drawing to their local drive and launch the VV program, open the drawing, and plot. I think having the 2 programs loaded is causing a problem. They both work great independantly on the users' machine but when both are loaded the VV displays "This program has performed an illegal function and will be shut down" message when attempting to launch the program. The details of this message are as follows:
VOLOVIEW caused an invalid page fault in
module AXUNITV.DLL at 0137:019f1acf.

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? I need an answer ASAP as I have users breathing down my neck.

I can tell you I'm running VV1.1 and VVE on one machine (both at the
same time) and VV1.11 and VVE on the other machine (both at the same
time) and do not have any problems. The error you are describing
"VOLOVIEW caused an invalid page fault" is a video issue. Sounds like
both programs are sending information to the same address. The fix for
this is usually updating the video card driver. Hope this helps.

Have you installed your programs in the same order I have? I can run both programs on my machine depending on the order in which they were installed.
