"Failed to get allied products" when trying to uninstall, repair OR reinstall

Running DWG TrueView 2012 on Win7 64.  Using "C:\Install\DWGTrueViewx64InstallImage\Setup.exe /P {5783F2D7-A028-0409-0000-0060B0CE6BBA} /M AOEM /language en-US" (from a fresh download and extract) to launch as using Programs and Features in Control Panel yields error looking for setup files on a network drive and folder that is no longer available.  Need to get DWG TrueView working on this machine and simply want to uninstall and then reinstall.  PC also has AutoCAD Lt 2008 and at one time had a AutoCAD 2012 trial installed.  TrueView 2012 worked until the AutoCAD 2012 trial expired, was uninstalled and replaced with the licensed install of AutoCAD Lt 2008.
