Printing crash problem

Hello Everyone
Any input is appreciated
I am having a printing problem using the TrueView 2009 x64 Edition
OS is Vista X64
hardware involved
HP Laserjet 9040n Printer
Yes I have downloaded the latest drivers from HP this morning and I have tried both the PCL 6 driver and the Universal print drivers as well
I open the files and select the plot function and select the 9040 printer.
I then set my paper size and orientation etc. and do a preview and get the following.
If I skip the preview I get the same message also.
