printing accuracy

howdy,
i'm new to this forum and relatively new to autosketch (7). i have skf files that are 1" = 1". if i print them out of autosketch, they are precisely accurate. i export them to .dwf file and display them using vve. when .dwf files are printed, measurements are off by as much as 1/32 ". i specified "print to scale" 100%. the same thing happens with dwf viewer. what am i doing wrong?
thank you in advance for any help.

For a DWF file to be printed to scale, it needs to contain a Plot Matrix
data item. I do not believe the old Volo View Express code takes this data
item into consideration when printing.

The DWF Viewer absolutely obeys the Plot Matrix. What version of AutoSketch
is creating the DWF files?

Thanks for sending the sample file. I was concerned that your files did not
have the units and plot information necessary to even attempt a plot to
scale. I looked at your file and found these to indeed be present:

(Units Inches
((53313893.942 0 0 0)
(0 53313893.942 0 0)
(0 0 1 0)
(-42517829.87 -38119434.169 0 1)))
(PlotInfo hide 0 in 8.5 11 0 0 8.5 11
((1.9744038561e-008 0 0)
(0 1.9744038561e-008 0)
(0 0 1)))

So I used DWF Composer to test their correctness. I drew a 6" inch line on
the paper. I plotted at 100% scale. I measured the line with a ruler. It was
6 and 3/8th inches. SO I do not believe that the Units and PlotInfo being
generated by AutoSketch 7 are correct. By any chance, does anyone in your
office have AutoSketch 9 wherein you could try generating a DWF file from
that release?

Hi,

I also face the same problem with Autosketch 9 .

SKF .. 1mm : 3mm

DWG (2004&2000) .. 1mm : 4.2466428007683 mm

Any suggestions?
