I downloaded and installed Volo View Express on my
clients lap-top and everything but the open command works fine. If he double
clicks to open directly from the e-mail the file will open. But, when he tries
to open from the file pull-down in Volo View Express he gets and error message
reading "unsupported file type." Anybody see this before? I tried to install on
another lap-top and the installation will not even complete, although this
second lap-top has a lot of problems other than this.
HELP, PLEASE.
