Installation of Voloview Express 2

I have tried to install Voloview express 2 and it said I would have to
delete my current version. I went to delete it and it says that another
installation is already in progress. I then try to install VE2 again and it
says that another installation is already in progress. I keep going back
and forth and now I don't have either one that I can operate. I've tried
rebooting. I've been fighting this for three weeks. I've tried going to
control panel and removing the software, but the same message appears. I'm
using Win 2000 professional. Thanks in advance for any help you can give
me.

You might try deleting files in c:\temp and c:\windows\temp. The installer
puts temporary files there. Maybe some files are left there which is
confusing the installer. This is just a guess.
