The file creator used a custom font(s) and they did not share them with you: ask them for the fonts or ask them to change the fonts to something more common like Arial.
SHX fonts go into the fonts folder that DTV looks in for fonts. TTF fonts need to be installed in Windows: look up your Windows Help on how to do that.
