Fatal error on startup

Hi guys,

I'm not aware of any changes that have happened to this computer in the last week, but all of a sudden I get this when trying to start up DWG TrueView:

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x000a Exception at 68818f50h

I'm running Windows Vista Business SP2 32-bit. I've tried uninstalling everything (including C++ redistributables), removing all the Autiodesk registry keys, rebooting, reinstalling from the web (which then adds back the three C++ redistributables) but no change to the situation.

More info can be provided on request. I'd be grateful for any advice, thanks in advance.

Just in case anyone else gets this issue - it turned out to be video drivers. We have an ATI Radeon 2400 HD graphics card.

Drivers at fault: Catalyst Control Center v2008.0731.2322.39992 with ATI Display Driver 8.522.0.000

Resolution: Upgrade to Catalyst Control Center package v11.7, which contains the ATI Display Driver v8.872.0.000

The Catalyst Control Center version was unchanged.
