dwgviewr.exe has stopped working

Hi

I hope someone can help.  I have installed TrueView 2014 on a number of PC's where I work.  I have made sure that all the pre-requisites are installed however on some of the PC’c I am getting the following error.

 

Dwgviewr.exe has stopped working.

I have tried un-installing & re-installing but get the same error on the same PC’s.
