DWG Trueview on Citrix Cenapp 6.0 with several users

Hi

 

we have a problem , we install DWG trueView on at citrix server but User2 get error messeges  :

 

customization file load failed. file not found

c:\users\User1\appdata\roaming\autodesk\DWG TrueView\2012\R9\enu\support\dwgviewr

 

the file error is the plot style , but User2 dos'ent have access to User1's profile , and that ist correct

 

how do i have several useres with different profiles that can use the same plot style on a citrix server ?
