DWG Trueview gets hanged when I point (not even click) my cursor on 'Plot'.

Hello..

When try to plot file in DWG TV, as soon as Imove my cursor on 'Plot' the application itself gets hanged.

Other application runs very well.
I first encountered this in DWG TV 2010 so i installed DWG TV 2011 also, same problem observed.

I also tried with various files but still the same.

 

Another issue is that, if i open this application only (without any drawing) and later on click on 'open', application gets hanged.

 

Please help in this regard urgently.
