Just downloaded DWG TrueView.
Says some file are corrupt.
I get the following:
CRC failed in Msi\WindowsServer2003-KB942288-v4-ia64.exe
Unexpected end of archive.
Anyone have a fix?
Windows XP
Got the same problem months ago.
Forum help given was
1 "download again DWGTrueView2011 and disable your anti-virus during the install."
&
2 "Try to copy your download on another PC and test to install.
Then we know if it's the archive or your pc the problem."
In fact, imho, it usually happens when the guy creating the executable uses an encryption method that is not standard or packs too much executables in an odd way.
Then SetupDWGTrueView2011_32bit_fra.exe is badly done but no one cares.
I come back here on the forum because i tried to install it on a brand new WinXP computer (renewal from company where i work) and got the same error so it does not come from the computer. Still behind a McAffee corp antivirus.
So the 2nd solution given in the forum does not work.
Just tried it and worked fine. free-dwg-viewer (just google it) does the trick to view DWG files and allows to print too.

I can't get it to install and don't have another PC available to test out the .exe on.
I keep getting an error message that autocadLt.exe is running. I'm having the same issue trying to install a temporary version of 2012LT. (bought it but am waiting for the disks).I click OK and then when it finishes it says that not all items were installed. I only get a dfw veiwer.
has anyone found a solution?
