DWG TrueView Error after closing

Hello Everyone,

Many Users in out Company uses the DWG TrueView 2013 (most of them to convert).

But one Computer has recently issus after closing the Viewer.

The Error Messages are well knowen in this Forum:

1) Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0

2) An Autodesk product failed to send the required value for UPITOKEN....

What i found out till now:

This Error ocures with every user (domain or local, even admins) on this particulare pc.

The Error does not ocure if you open and close DWG TrueView without opening a DWG File.

It doesnt matter if an DWG File is on the network share or on a local disc.

Reinstall or Repair does not help either.

I found a similar looking thread called "error on closing trueview ( win7 64bit )" but the solution does not work for us.

Maybe you guys have another idea for me 😃

What else is unique about this one PC? re-cloning it to match all the others would be a quicker fix IMHO.

Hi all,

I share with you my solution.

1.  I've uninstalled the Trueview.
2.  I've downloaded from Autodesk Viewer Site.
3.  Installed the downloaded one.

That's worked for me!
