DWG TrueView + Design Review 2012 in Microsoft App_v

We need to run DWG True View 2012 + Design Review 2012 in Win7 64bits environment using Microsoft App_v 4.6 SP2.

Both packages from AUtodesk-download install ok (DR 2012 as 32bits) and seem to run ok, except for:

- DR can not open dwg-files (conversion-process to dwf not started)

- TV can export dwf/dwfx but cannot find/open DR for direct viewing dwf.

Looks like both packages can not find each other.

dll's required all are present, file-extensions point to the correct default programs.

Running the same install on non-App_v does not have these problems.

Any user experienced similar problems?

Same problem on VMware. would really like a solution since our users use this feature so that they can measure within a dwg drawing by converting it to a dwf. Even in a non-virtual environment the conversion is flakey. OS is Windows 7 64 bit.
