I have installed the application Autodesk DWG TrueView v2013 in Windows 7 64-bit platform. When I have checked the functionality of the application, one of the option which is not working. The path for the option is File -> Open File From Cloud. Could you please assist me on this.

What exactly are you trying to do? Don't just repeat your post :smileyhappy:
Are you logged into and have an account at the Autodesk 360 website/cloud service? That's the "cloud" it is referring to in the pulldown menu.

It is fine but the "cloud" if you click it is not launching at all.

Agreed same here. Appears to be a dead choice in the dropdown menu.
