I have a user, that use to be able to use DWG TrueView 2013 to view AutoCAD DWG files, but now when he tries to openfiles he gets a Fatal Error, that is shown in the attached file. I tried to have him install TrueView 2014, but he cannot even install that.
Any ideas?

Our IT department does not allow us to do a System Restore and our IT department is out of state and does everything remotely, so I was trying to not involve them.
