DWG True View 2009 has failed to start because the application configuration

I am distributing DWG True View 2009 via group policy. On one of my machines when I try to run true view I get the below error. Researching online has shown that it may be a problem with not having VB++ installed so I downloaded and ran vcredist_x86.exe. This made it possible to uninstall True View, but after reinstalling I still get the below error.

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Do the machines meet all the other min requirements that are provided with
the dwgtruview2009 download (in the support directory)?

support\DirectX\DXSETUP.exe /silent
msiexec /i "support\VCRedist\x86\vcredist.msi" /qn
support\dotnetfx\dotnetfx.exe /q
msiexec /i "support\msxml\msxml6.msi" /qn
msiexec /i "DWGVIEWR.msi" /qn ALLUSERS=1

Thanks, I ran your script in the image folder and it made everything work.

Just copy and paste the commands he put in his post into a bat file in the extrated setup files.

This has been working for a few computers where TrueView wont install, but I can't help but think there should be a way to push these out as well. I already have a WSUS server so; DirectX, .Net, msxml6 should all be installed via WSUS. So would just adding vcredist.msi to my "managed software" list make this work on all computers without running this bat? Am I mistaken in that some of these software's don't install via WSUS?
