Does DWGTrueView 2007 work with XP (plain) - or do you need SP1, SP2???

I am confused. The Read Me file says that minimum requirements for XP is XP SP1 or XP SP2 (not plain XP without SPs). However, this link on their website does not specify that SP1 or SP2 have to be installed for XP:

Great. that's good to know. That was a big hesitation for me from upgrading my "install CD" to include this version.
