i CAN'T OPEN VOLO VIEW....GET THIS MESSAGE

AXDLNEV.DLL at 0157:027acdd9

I have tried to patch all 3 service paks but all of them fail......

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall with no programs running in the
task list?

If you already have 1.13 on the cd the service packs will fail. There is
nothing to update.

If you have VVE and VV on the same system, remove both via control panel >
add / remove. Delete all files from the temp directory of Windows. Remove
any directories left behind.

Reinstall, and then install the service pack. I haven't seen this as a huge
call generator.
