Access Violation with IE6

Running NT 4, SP6a and IE6, VoloView Express 2.01 displays .dwf files just fine, until trying to Zoom. The pointer does not change and zoom doesn't work. After choosing OPTIONS, but making no changes, zoom then works fine but when leaving the .dwf file and either closing app or opening another file, I get DR.Watson reporting the following: The application, , generated an application error The error occurred on 6/27/2002 @ 15: 5:54.959 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 00000000 ()

There are no other AutoDesk applications installed and nothing else running at the time. It happens with all our IE6 computers, but never on an IE5 box. This is very consistent.

Would appreciate any help.

We have the same problem with VoloView 2.01.

Everything goes back to normal if you hit the "Refresh"
button.

Any idea what is going on here?

Thanks for any assistance

Andreas
