Units and scale problem

Sorry if this has been covered before, but my search didn't turn up
anything...

I have a dwf that is not measuring correctly. I went to check the scale and
was unable to see or change anything.
Does anyone know why this is unavailable?

Can you attach the dwf or a sample that is part of the original and
still doesn't measure correctly? Or just point me there?

what does "unable to see or change anything" mean exactly? That's vague at best.
What application are you using with the dwf?

There was an image attached showing what I was unable to change. We are
using Design Review with the DWF...

Joel,

I found out that the reason why you can't change the scale [which is the
printed scale] is that you already have one in that DWF. [You wouldn't
want your clients changing around your scale and then complain about a
bad drawings, would you? :)]

If you open Design Review and drag an image into it thereby creating a
new DWF, you'll be able to set the scale since it doesn't have one.

About the original problem:

The units and scale should be set when creating the e-plot.

Usually if you have a layout created and that prints correctly from
AutoCAD, and you make an e-plot from *that* layout, it'll measure
correctly, unless you have different paper and fit to page settings when
printing the DWF.
