Incorrect DWF Measurements

I did not notice this topic else where in the forum I apologize if I am duplicating a thread. I am having issues with DWF's coming from AutoCAD Mechanical 2008 and the DWF's are being viewed in Design Review 2008. The measurement in my .dwg is 2 feet and the measurement I am getting from the DWF is 1'8". It does not seem to matter whether I publish the dwf or use the DWFe6.pc3 print engine, either way it measures 1'8". I also didn't notice a difference between the plots coming from paper space with a set scale or from model space scale to fit, it is still 1'8" on the DWF but when I go back to the .dwg the same entity measures 2'. Any help would be appreciated.

Your viewport not to a scale perhaps: and you honestly expected a scale
drawing from modelspace with "plot to fit" option? Really?

You need to increase the "vector DPI" of the ePlot pc3 file. Right now, it's
probably set to 1200. Try setting it to 40,000. I am not kidding. The file
will not be 40000/1200 times bigger. It will be a little bigger, but you
will get better precision on your measurements. There is a blog article on
how to do this:
