IE7 Hot Fix

When I try and apply the IE7 hot fix for DWF Viewer 7, it fails with
an error

Error 2715. The specified File key
('_2F9E3BFD1B82CF779C6EEC7DE1113D') not
found in the File table.

The only option is to OK that and it closes the installer.

How do you apply the hotfix for IE7?

You can try the service pack instead of just the hot fix:

The service pack installs OK. I wonder why the hot fix does not?
