File size of DWF using Publish vs Plot

I've been using AutoCAD 2008 Plot to create DWF files.
Recently I began experimenting with Publish and found the DWF file size generated to be at least 5 times larger using Publish. In PLOT, I was using DWF6 ePlot with the resolution for Vector/Gradient set to 300/200 dpi.
Thots ?

No, but I like to see the original file and the two DWF files, if possible.

I realized that I had not installed SP2 for the CIVIL3D 2008
software I was using. This rectified the problem. Thanks for your reply.
