have created a VBA program that opens a series of drawings and plots various
layouts to DWF files. The PC has 1GB RAM and we have 2GB vitual memory set. As
the program runs, each drawing opened pushes the RAM used up, even though we
close each drawing after plotting its layouts. When we get to approx. 1.8GB of
memory used, we get a "FATAL ERROR: Out of memory - shutting down" message and
AutoCAD closes. It seems that each time you create a DWF, memory is used that
doesn't get released. We want to batch plot many more drawings than we are
able to now before we get the fatal error. Any Ideas? JPG shows task manager
performance tab when fatal error occurs.
