I have a user that DWG TrueView 2015 suddenly quit working for him. When he launches DWG TrueView from the Icon or from a drawing he gets an error. I have tried most of the suggestions on the forums and can not resolve the issue. I am providing remote support to this individual with limited internet connectivity.
The application is running on a Win7 Enterprise 64bit system. He is using the 64bit version of DWG.
He is receiving the following errors in the screenshot.
Any help would be great.
