EPlotCommon.dll cannot be added for reference

I could add all of the EPlot dll files into reference only except EPlotCommon.dll

Even though EPlotCommon is located in my local EComposite folder, I couldn't find it in COM component list.

Please help me. I've been trying lots of things to find it but I couldn't.

System Environment:

Windows 7 x64

Visual Studio2008 in C#

Design Review 2011

DWF Toolkit7.6

In ADR 2011, 'EPlotCommon.dll' is not a valid COM component anymore.

Please do not add EPlotCommon.dll as a reference.
