I'm trying to view a DWF file that I published from MAP 3D 2007. I can open it and zoom and pan BUT i can't seem to blend the Navigator Palette back into view (Properties, layers etc.). I also don't have any main menus., just a reduced main tool palette (without Markup tools) and the Navigation tool palette.
I've tried the Navigator Tool switch and nothing happens. I've tried the keyboard shortcut for the Navigator palettes ("N") and still nothing happens.
Any suggestions?
