DWF moves gradient hatch in title block

When I print to a dwf part of our company logo gets shifted. Take a look at the attachment. In the upper right hand corner you can see the gradient hatch clearly not where it is supposed to be. It should be within the H at the begining of Hamilton. Has anyone ever seen this before? Is there any fix, or reason why this is happening?

By any chance do you have AutoCAD 2007 without SP1 applied? That is the only
time I have seen this.

Well it's at least fixed in 2008. My memory is foggy.

I encountered a similar problem; a few experiments showed it only happens when the gradient is in paper space. Despite some time searching the web, I didn't find a solution, only a workaround. In my case they were two very simple shapes, so it only took a few minutes to reproduce them in Microsoft PowerPoint using draw tools, then copy/paste into AutoCad the replacement gradient as a metafile / OLE object.
