DWF keeps rotating text. Any Help???

Everytime I publish multiple sheets to dwf some of the sheets have rotated text when there should not be.  It does not occur on all sheets.  I have heard of people xploding the text and fixing the problem but this wont work for me since the text being rotated is a field and tied to my sheet set.  I am using c3d 2010.
