Conversion tool on Linux to PNG or PDF

I'm looking for a command-line tool that I can use under Linux to convert DWF, DWG and DXF files to PNG (and maybe PDF).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Basically the solution in Linux revolves around imagemagick, or GIMP if you want an X-based solution.
