Can I convert TIFF to DWF, and if so, how?

The easiest way is to use the free Autodesk
DWFWriter.  It installs as a print driver so you can just open the tiff
file and print using the DWFWriter and you can save it as a DWF.

Ok, next question... Can I batch plot the .tiffs to .dwfs?

Look on the Internet for TIFF tools and print that do that.

You may try to use ViewCompanion Pro progam. It can convert from TIFF to DWF on batch.. Try it. Very good but it loose some quality/resolution of file. Not very clear after transfer from TIFF to DWF. their web site is : http://www.imagespro.com/programs/1331/
