Why big arc's from .dwg?

I'm using Express Viewer (.dwf) to send
AutoCAD files I don't want others to modify
but at the same time they can view and plot.
The problem is on some of my drawings when
converted to(.dwf) big arcs or circles
show up that are not on the AutoCAD (.dwg).
Does anyone know why Express Viewer
is messing up my files?

Any help would be appreciated,
Charles

What version of AutoCAD are you using. A long time
ago we had a problem with arcs, but that got fixed. Or so I
thought...

He's using LT 2002.  If he's using LT to plot
to a DWF and getting arcs in the DWF file, I suspect it's a tweaked .pc3
file.  The DWF plotters tesselate the arcs, it's not a user-configurable
option.
