Hi,
I posted a DWF file in my website.
I need the proper activeX that will enable everyone (after installing the activeX) to view that file from his computer.
Thanks
Hi
Thank you for the fast response.
Theoretically, you can view the file with Explorer. However I tried it from several computers and in some cases the explorer had to install an ActiveX (and it asked for permission) and in some cases it gave a message (which I do not recall) that some Autodesk feature is needed and stopped.
Since I want to use the internet with my clients, I would like to provide them (in case the explorer does not work) with the necessary ActiveX (or what ever) that will enable them to view the DWF file.
I do no want to force them to install the whole Design Review program.
Thanks
Thank you for your feedback.
To view the DWF/DWFx files, we recommend you to install Autodesk Design Review (ADR) for fully support.
Alternatively, you can post a DWFx file in your website. Then everyone can view that file from his computer with MS XPS viewer, not need to install ADR.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
