VFLAX-PRODUCT-KEY
This error appears on only one computer when we try to use the layer lock and layer freeze commands. Is a lisp file missing from support? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I suggest running the Repair install under the Add/rem programs for Autocad.
This will fix this problem. I had this when installing other Autocad
products and there is a registry or loading mixup.
