is it possible, to call the viewer with an URL containing a session ID?

Thanx,

I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish with that. The viewer would
ignore the session ID if one is sent in the URL.

Are you on an IIS server? If so you can use session variables, forms, or querystrings to decide which particular DWF you wish to display by putting your control on an ASP page.

I'm sorry, I think I'll have to explain a litte more:

I'm trying to call the AEV-ActiveX-Object via a JSPage.

A servlet is used to deliver the dwf-file to the viewer (the dwf files
are on different (remote) machines, accessed via https). The servlet
cares for the security and if the user hast access to the selected
files, it streams the dwf-file to the page. And here goes the problem:
If *this* URL contains more than "http://www.test.com/filename.dwf" the
file cannot be loaded.

Thanx,

Hagen
