I am under the impression that SHX fonts are part of AutoCAD. It is likely
that this font ships and gets installed with the Simplified Chinese version
of AutoCAD. My guess is that this font does not ship and get installed with
the English version of DWF Composer (DWG Viewer in this case). As SHX font,
I believe you can ask the AutoCAD user in China to send it to you.
Alternatively, this user can use the eTransit feature to package up all of
the files that you might need to properly view the DWG.

Hi I need help.
I received some ".dwg" drawing from AutoCAD user in China. When I view it
using the DWG viewer, I receive an error "hztxt.shx" font not found.
According to Autodesk technical support, this font belongs to microsoft.
According to Microsoft technical support, this font belong to AutoCAD and
was installed in the user workstation during installation of AutoCAD.
Since I am using only the DGW viewer, this font is not available in the
viewer, hence I can't see this font and it is displayed as "??????".
Can anyone help to resolve this so that I can view the full drawing?
Many thanks
