HYPERLINKS

1. I would like to acces an hyperlink just by clicking on it as in I:E. Not one of my clients wants to press the CTRL key first.
Is Autodesk working on this isue?

2. In AutoCad you can use the command attachurl and choose area or objekt.
Why doesn´t Express viewer support area or objects hyperlinks, so oujust can click inside an area and not on the frame.

Once upon a time...there was a whip-plugin. It managed the 2 questions above.

Re: 1), yes we are addressing this issue in
the next release.

Re: 2), this works.  Down in the guts of the
low-level 2D format, hyperlinks are always attached to objects.  Whip keys
off of the same thing.  Publishers can put transparent polygons and
create hyperlinks link to that.  Revit is doing their links this way.
AutoCAD may need to do that too.  Enhancements to DWF hyperlinks will be
made to next release of AutoCAD.
