How do DWF views work??

How do you create views within a DWF file that is produced from layouts?

I have a DWG file with 4 layouts that I am sending to a multi-sheet DWF
(tried with just single sheet DWF as well with little success) . In the
drawing I have 4 Views named, North, south etc... When I view the files I
see no views listed (just initial) and if I plot the model space to a DWF I
only get one view (the world view I defined with a zoom to an area).

Anyone give me a hint of the logic behind how views are created and used?

Did you look under "sheets"?
