For Autodesk's Review. MSVCR71.DLL error in MS debugger during printing

Hello,

Perhaps this information will be useful to track down some of the printing issues with large full size prints via Windows Printing subsystem to large format devices.

Using Autodesk DWF Viewer 6.0.0.200
DWF ToolKit 6.0.1.32
Whip! ToolKit 7.6.1.23
Heidi 8.2.38.20

When initiating a print that is complex in content, i.e. entirely raster data, to wide format Windows Drivers, there appears to be a bug after DrvStartDoc begins in DWFfileReader where it craps out on a call to MSVCR71.dll

Here is the physical error:
