Yes, I have WinME and Win2000 (and Linux, but that is another story) on my
machine. EV is very picky about DWF files, seems to have issues with the
problematic way R2000/LT2000 creates them: but this was fixed with later
versions of AutoCAD/LT (2000i and higher).
An alternate totally trouble free and even smaller DWF viewer (less than
500k) that also works everywhere is:
